Two Ways of Use of Inspection Well Mould
检查井模具的使用方式以预制和现浇两种为主，这两种检查井模具使用方式构成了混凝土检查井制作的全部方案，不论是哪种方案，都会符合检查井制作要求，所以在模具生产的时候要注意一些与其生产方式相关联的问题。两种检查井模具的使用方式都是要求生产的混凝土预制件表面光洁，所以在模板制作上需要进行抛光处理。下面分别介绍一下两种使用方式的不同之处：
Prefabrication and cast-in-place are the two main ways of using inspection well mould. The two ways of using inspection well mould constitute the whole plan of making concrete inspection well. Whatever the plan is, it will meet the requirements of inspection well production. Therefore, we should pay attention to some problems associated with its production mode in the production of inspection well mould. The use of the two inspection well moulds requires that the surface of the concrete prefabricated parts produced be smooth, so polishing treatment is needed in the template making. Here are the differences between the two modes of use:
1、预制形式生产的检查井需要单独使用预留孔，也可以称之为连接孔，在制作的时候要求内部混凝土在灌入一定的高度时候放入到中间部位，一般预留孔不固定的，因为孔在井体上的位置不固定。预制检查井的生产一般都是在预制厂进行，需要使用行车来搬运成型的检查井，而且内部大多放置钢筋网，这样生产出来的混凝土检查井质量可靠。
1. Prefabricated inspection wells need to use reserved holes separately, which can also be called connecting holes. When making, internal concrete is required to be put into the middle part when it is poured at a certain height. Generally, reserved holes are not fixed, because the location of holes on the wellbore is not fixed. The production of prefabricated inspection wells is generally carried out in prefabricated factories. It is necessary to transport the formed inspection wells by traveling crane, and most of them are placed with steel mesh inside, so that the quality of the concrete inspection wells produced is reliable.
2、现浇生产的检查井提前需要在模具上将连接孔割出来，在制作检查井的时候直接将模板放在管道上面，一般割出来得空孔直径都要大于管道，这样才能使得模具能够进去，生产好混凝土检查井以后需要使用混凝土进行勾缝，这样才能保证生产的合理性。
2. Inspection wells in cast-in-situ production need to cut out the connecting holes in the mould ahead of time. When inspecting wells are made, the formwork is placed directly on the pipeline. Generally, the diameter of the holes cut out is bigger than that of the pipeline. Only in this way can the mould enter, and after producing the concrete inspection wells, it needs to use concrete for jointing, so as to ensure the rationality of production.
